As the Spring Festival is approaching, China Cultural Center in Stockholm held a series of cultural exchange activities in Stockholm to welcome the Chinese New Year. Organized by China Cultural Center in Stockholm and the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry, and presented by Datong Municipal Government of Shanxi Province, “Shanxi, A Land of Splendors – Datong Cuisine Experience in Sweden” kicked off the “2024 Happy Chinese New Year” celebration on February 2, the Little New Year this year. The chefs of Datong Jade Pearl Hotel sent by Datong Commerce Federation demonstrated their exquisite cooking skills and presented various pastries with tempting colors and aromas. The guests enjoyed an unforgettable culinary experience and had a better understanding of Datong cuisine and Chinese culture.
