An event called “A Taste of China at Mid-Autumn: Chinese Gourmet Workshop” will share recipes of Huaiyang food, which is one of the four traditional Chinese cuisines. Online activities will be held, including teaching people how to cook Chinese food. The event will also unveil the history of Huaiyang cuisine and its connections with Mid-Autumn Festival.
